SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Methods & Processing Time
All orders are shipped via Courier Guy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 2-3 business days but may take up to 7 business days depending on the destination and courier delays.

2. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a waybill (tracking) number to monitor your package.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s website or the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

 

3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within South Africa only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at dungeonedge@gmail.com

 

4. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking number first.

  • If there are any unresolved issues (e.g., lost or undelivered packages), contact us at [your email/phone], and we will assist you.

 

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.

  • Refunds (minus shipping fees) will only be issued if reshipment is not possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • No refund or exchange will be processed until we have received and inspected the returned product.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Dungeon Edge will not cover return postage fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

Perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as "final sale."

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at dungeonedge@gmail.com with proof (photos/video) for assistance. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
